Doug is the son of former Hemi-Cuda Racing Head Mechanic Dale "Butch" LaVigne. He is a lifelong friend of Tommy Cloce who also was raised around the race team. Doug is employed full-time as both crew chief and fabricator for the racing operation. |

Jim is the owner/operator of Performance Technology, Inc. in Wakarusa, IN., a leader in the research, development and assembly of racing engines. PT builds motors used by many of the top Modified teams as well as leading Craftsman Truck, Busch Series and Winston Cup teams. Jim serves on the raceday crew whenever he is available. |
